Our goal is to foster a community where people of all experience levels can grow together in learning about computer science topics and preparing to join the software industry. We host events that teach practical computer science knowledge to complement what students learn in the classroom and work to create a stronger network of Northwestern students who are interested in software development.

Hack Nights educate beginner programmers and provide hands-on training that is supplemental to Northwestern's education in areas like web development, career prep, etc. Hack Nights include presentations with hands-on coding activities, as well as catered food for attendees.
This past spring, we held our first annual Puzzle Hunt event. Students from all across campus came to compete at the Garage in teams to solve logic puzzles and challenges for prizes. The idea for the puzzle hunt comes from events hosted by larger tech companies such as Google Games, Microsoft College Puzzle Challenge, and Palantir Puzzle Hunt.
